This Sunday 11 June, the annual Joe Engel Junior Cup is ON at Burleigh Point.

With five cadets and five juniors from each club – North End, Burleigh, MNM and Kirra will compete to win the coveted Team and Individual Titles on offer.

First heats will be in the water around 7.30am & will run throughout the day.

There’ll be breakfast and lunch BBQs put on, followed by some sneaky late arvo beverages, in honour of Joe.

But just as importantly, make some time to come down and celebrate the contest and cheer on the competitors – who so proudly surf for their clubs, their club colours and their club histories.
